SNAP stands for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. It is a federal nutrition program (formerly known as Food Stamps) that provides eligible residents with monthly financial assistance to purchase food and other benefits that help you save.
Project Bread's counselors can tell you if you are eligible or not, and help you apply. Our services are free to all residents of Massachusetts. Call us today 1-800-645-8333 or chat a counselor using the Live Chat feature below.
SNAP is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, our country’s most powerful nutrition program. Everyone who completes the full SNAP application process - and is eligible - will receive SNAP benefits. Once enrolled, you will receive a monthly cash benefit on an EBT card that can be used just like a debit card for food shopping.
